From your first phone call, text message or online reservation our salon coordinators will consult with you to make sure you are placed with proper stylist for your specific needs. You will receive appointment reminders via text messaging. Should you need to change anything just let us know and we will work to accommodate your needs. Upon arrival you will be greeted and given the status of your appointment. A complimentary refreshment bar that includes, fresh brewed Starbucks coffee, various cold drinks, wine and snacks awaits you in the lobby. Our talented stylist will escort you to their styling area.The salon features both private suites or community styling areas for your comfort. Your stylists will perform a complete consultation to discuss your styling and color needs and preferences. During the consultation the guest is encouraged to interact with the stylist so nothing is misunderstood. Most appointments are scheduled for 1 1/2 hours. All the styling areas have televisions and high speed WIFI available for your entertainment
